Youngblood Project

Join Spencer and Wes Youngblood as they team up together in the skiff to put a hurting on the first big push of migratory tarpon to return to the Florida Keys after a long cool winter. In early March 2011 hoards of big tarpon moved into the Florida Keys. Many of these fish acted as if they had never seen a fly before and created a great opportunity for us to get some incredible bites on film.
Some of the footage we used to create our feature tarpon film "Soar" but much of it was only showcased in this film. Enjoy a few early spring days in the Keys jumping some big poons.
